01 · ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
Understand local air and environmental conditions.
The IOB system brings atmospheric and air-quality measurements together at a field site. Combine temperature, humidity, particulates and illuminance with selected pollutant gas sensors.
For locations with limited infrastructure, review solar, wind and battery configurations alongside network coverage and the required sampling interval.

02 · INDUSTRIAL GAS MONITORING
Choose detection around your process.
Fixed detectors provide measurements at defined monitoring points. Portable instruments support inspection tasks across different locations, while multi-gas instruments combine several selected measurements.
Define the target gases, expected concentrations, installation conditions and control-system interfaces before selecting a configuration.

03 · DUST & PROCESS MONITORING
Match the instrument to the particles and process.
Duct-mounted probes and ambient particulate monitors address different measurement tasks. Select the instrument according to the dust, measurement location and required output.
For duct monitoring, review the process temperature, pressure, flow and available probe mounting position. For ambient measurements, specify PM2.5, PM10 or other required particle fractions.

04 · SENSOR & SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Build sensing into your equipment.
Sensor modules provide a starting point for instrument and system integration. Match the sensing principle, range, electrical interface and physical form to the host equipment.
Discuss the gas, power budget, communication interface and installation constraints with the team.
